Following on from my earlier post. I'm going to try `and put a definitive list together of the above, and hopefully build to include liner notes, supporting players, artist comment and other supporting information. Clearly this will take a while!!
Any input from any or all of you here would be really helpful. Be it either actual info or anecdotal that we can try and track down would be good. No piece of info is too small.
