it is the last chord before it goes back to the verse yes - i definitely hear it with an F# in the bass, and there is an E in the right hand too - so you're almost right - your bottom 2 notes should come down by a semitone - imo x

thanks, that does clarify that chord - i think the G7(#9 no3rd) is also wrong - i'm hearing it as an F#13 (the voicing i'm playing is F# in the bass, E A# D# in the right hand)
